Initial office visit/regular office visits

First-time patients: We can email your intake paperwork in advance or advise you when to arrive before your appointment time to fill out your intake forms.

First appointments are approximately 45 minutes. In that time, we will discuss your intake form and any other reasons for your visit; you will get a comprehensive musculoskeletal examination and receive your first treatment.

Please come wearing a mask. We will ask you COVID-19 related questions about your recent health and exposure.

If possible, please wear or bring loose, comfortable clothing (gym shorts, tank top) to your office visit.

Subsequent regular office visits are typically 15 to 20 minutes.

Not every visit is like the other. Each visit is tailored to the individual patient's needs. Treatments may vary from person to person, and from visit to visit. Our goal is to restore you to your optimal function in the shortest possible time frame.

Payments / Insurance

We are able to accept assignment from some insurance plans - please ask us.

If we do not accept your insurance, we will be glad to either submit your insurance claim to your provider for you or give you a patient receipt for direct reimbursement from your provider, as applicable.

We are a non-participating provider for Medicare.

Please call the office to ask about out-of-pocket fees.

Cash, check, QuickPay/Zelle, and credit card are accepted. Treatments may also be paid for from your medical flexible spending account (FSA) or health savings account (HSA).
